A good archer:
- Does not touch anyone else's equipment without permission
- Does not leave litter
- Does not smoke within an indoor shooting hall
- Only occupies the shooting line whilst actually shooting
- Does not talk in a loud voice whilst others are shooting
- Does not make any exclamation on the shooting line which might disconcert a neighbour
- Does not leave the shooting line if the neighbouring archer facing him/her is at full draw
- Does not walk up and down the shooting line comparing scores
- Does not touch the arrows in the target until after the score is recorded
- Does not retrieve any arrows on the ground behind the target until after the scores have been recorded
